Wild Robot Literacy PBL Unit Plan
by Brittany Robertson
Using The Wild Robot by Peter Brown as provocation, students will develop a project integrating math, science, engineering and ELA standards. Students will build a robot prototype and take it through several design changes as the story in the book progresses. They will learn about animal adaptations, prosthetic limbs, area and perimeter, and context clues.
