Making Bioplastic

No votes have been submitted yet.

In this engaging and creative lesson, students get a feel of what it is like to be a chemical or materials engineer. Each group will make their own bioplastic using cornstarch, vinegar, water, and glycerin. They will then test the tensile strength of the material they created and compare it to the strength of commercially made materials.
