Sphero Jousting Tournament
by Janelle Moran
In this lesson students apply their Medieval Times knowledge and energy transfer to create a knight that will compete in a jousting tournament using spheros. The students will use a solo cup as the base of their knight but will need to use their own thinking to create that cup into a knight. Students will need access to multiple crafting ideas and items like unsharpened pencil, skewers or popsicle sticks for the lance. The arena of where to have the tournament will need to be planned by the teacher or students. This will depend on the space that is available.
