Newton’s 3rd Law: Balloon-Powered Vehicles

This project will be a follow up to reinforce Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion, following some explorations prior to this experiment.
Students will engage in the Engineering Design Process to create a balloon-powered vehicle out of the resources provided. The goal of the design is to see which group's balloon-powered vehicle travels the furthest.
