Model Your Invasive Species
In this lesson plan, students will be asked to model and introduce an invasive species that they think will adapt and reproduce quickly but will cause harm in Arizona ecosystems.
Students are expected to:
- explain invasive species and their nature,
- collaborate and communicate effectively with their peers to plan and perform a scientific investigation, and
- design and model a new invasive species that can adapt and reproduce quickly in Arizona.
