Milk to Ice Cream
Today we will learn how ice cream is made and then make some ourselves. To do this we will:
Listen to an informational text describing how ice cream made and compare that information with our prior knowledge.
Follow a recipe to make ice cream.
Describe the steps taken to make our own ice cream.
Create a recipe card of the process.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with our peers to complete this engineering design challenge.
