Save the Seals
Students listen to a story about orcas and what they eat.
They use a strategy called Fan and Pick to review the story.
Next they plan and build an island for the seals to get away from the orcas.
Finally students revise their build if they could not get the seals to balance on the island.
Students end this challenge by writing about what orcas can eat now that seals are not available.
