Photochemical Reactions

Students learn about photochemical reactions which are chemical reactions that require light as activation energy. Students create ball and stick models to recreate sample photochemical reactions, explore how light activates these reactions, and learn about the types of products that are produced.

This a hands on activity that will have the students measure the frequency of a resonating glass bottle by using their cells phones. They will then combine with other groups to play a well known song
