Phoenix Urban Heat Island: Lesson 4 Pitch the Solution!

1 votes with an average rating of 0.

Within this lesson students will present their master-planned community to a test audience and potential clients. Focus on presenting to the client rather than reading information off the slide requires them to take ownership and open to alternative methods of communicating their results. They will be required to critique student presentation with emphasis on KIND, SPECIFIC, HELPFUL protocol. Peer critique may vary depending on the culture for learning in your classroom and time of year but is highly encouraged.

Emphasis is on communicating the solution and pitching it to an agency and/or stakeholders and “selling” the idea
Emphasis is also on making connections and communicating how their design will is a viable solution.
