Percy Jackson - A Demigod's Magical Item
by Misty Schreiber
This lesson pairs STEM with the book - "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief". Students will discuss characters, their relationships to the Greek Gods, the importance of the Greek Gods and the magical items the Gods and Demigods have (i.e the trident, the lightning bolt, the flying shoes). Then, students will get the opportunity to design, build, or 3D print a magical item they have designed and created for Percy Jackson or another character in the book.
