NANOTECHNOLOGY: Exploring Microscopes and Nanotechnology Applications

In this exciting 5th grade science lesson, students will delve into the microscopic world using microscopes and explore the field of nanotechnology. The lesson begins with an engaging introduction to the basic concepts of microscopy and nanotechnology, including key vocabulary. Students will then participate in hands-on activities to learn how to use light microscopes, examine prepared slides, and prepare their own slides from onion and cheek cells.
