Fire Me Up
Students will make clay pucks. Fire clay pucks and put into various fibers, materials, paper while still hot to see the effect of thermal shock on clay and the design each of the different materials makes on the surface.

Rad Roller Coasters Part 2 comes at the end of our paper roller coaster project. Students will collect data on their coaster and use that to calculate velocity, potential energy and kinetic energy
This lesson is for a multi-day project where student groups will plan, design, and build roller coasters out of paper and tape. It tests their knowledge of Physics and Engineering Design.
In this lesson, students will explore how sound moves through physical matter by building a cup and string "telephone." Following testing their design, students will create a video or podcast to
