3d Pen Marble Maze-Energy Transfer/Closed Systems
by kelsey kendrick
In this lesson plan, students explore the ideas of energy transfer between two objects. Students are tasked with making a maze for a marble to run through, using a 3d pen and other materials. Students are challenged to add spots in the maze that either give or take away energy from the marble (illustrating energy transfer). Finally, students use their math skills to analyze the data they gather from their timed trials.
