Benjamin Grimes has been using the Modeling approach to the curriculum for the past 14 academic years. With the recent challenges presented by COVID, he has been working to develop a comprehensive online learning program grounded in the Modeling approach to the curriculum through Google, Canvas and PIVOT platforms, including a series of video experiments which allows students to collect data and construct the corresponding graphical representations using Google Slide whiteboards. Utilizing these online resources, students have been able to follow approximately the same curriculum as a "normal" academic year both in breadth and depth. Benjamin would like to share how he has implemented this program in his own school during a one hour session and, following the session, share the entire contents of his Google Drive including guided inquiries, graphical representations through Excel, mastery packets, assessments and the video experiments for use by any fellow Modelers interested in participating.
