Cornell Center for Bright Beams

The Center for Bright Beams will be holding another STEM teacher workshop on March 23rd on the Arizona State University campus. The focus will be on presenting hands-on Physics activities that can be used by teachers in their classrooms, including two new ones we are currently developing and would love to get your input on. Graduate students from Arizona State, Cornell, and Brigham Young University will lead teachers in physics activities geared for Elementary through High School. The workshop also includes a presentation about current trends in Science from an Arizona State University Physics professor, lab tours, and a graduate student panel.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Attendees will receive a certificate for 5 hours of professional development.
